HUG Project
Welcome – What is HUG?
HUG – Helping Us Grow is a mental health capacity building project which works out of Crestwood and Southview Schools to support students and families. The overall goal is to build resiliency skills in children, youth and families and to support children and youth to stay in school and succeed.
The project team delivers universal programming to all students, parents and staff in the area of mental health education. As well, students work individually and in small groups with our mental health consultant and Wellness Coaches.
If you have any questions or would like to make a referral, please contact one of the HUG team, your teacher, or school administration.
